The insurance guarantee is a mixed contract with a guarantee function, with which the insurance company itself acts as guarantor for the contractor, i.e. it ensures the creditor the payment in case of insolvency by the debtor.
In particular, it should be noted that with this guarantee instrument, unlike the bank guarantee, no type of deposit of funds and/or securities and/or mortgages on real estate/company investments is required as collateral for its issue, therefore the beneficiary will acquire a significant financial advantage since he will be able to freely dispose of his financial resources and/or assets without any constraints.
The insurance guarantee will be contracted with one of our partners who is a leading company in the insurance sector.

This company intends to extend its product also in the Italian market, therefore it proposes an insurance guarantee with the following main characteristics:
- maximum coverage amount of Euro 300,000,000;
- rapid delivery with due diligence of the last two financial statements filed by the beneficiary company, in addition to the budget forecast for the current year;
- the average cost of the product is equal to 2% of the value of the insurance guarantee, the price can also drop by one percentage point based on the assessment of the policy holder's solvency.

This type of guarantee is often used both in the construction, industrial and energy sectors, as well as for procurement contracts with the public administration. Furthermore, it can also be used as leverage, i.e. as collateral to receive financing for any type of investment.
